We operate extended appointment times of a minimum of one hour, to ensure clear assessment and focused advice. We are clinically led making successful case outcomes our number one priority.
Our Expertise
We provide Expert Occupational Health services for any organisation. Whether you are seeking an organizational strategy to reduce absence and improve wellbeing or simply a reliable, responsive, quality OH doctor service to effectively manage workplace health issues as they arise, we have the capacity and expertise to deliver. For volume users, we provide a dedicated Chief Medical Officer service.
What We Do
Every referral for OH advice is important to our clients and we know that outcome matters. That is why all of our Occupational Health consultations are provided by our Integral Occupational Health Doctors. We do not use a tiered approach. This ensures that only Occupational Medicine qualified doctors, with a breadth of medical knowledge and clinical experience, will see and manage all of our referrals.
Our team manage thousands of referrals annually and we regularly see a range of issues affecting workers and workplaces, including:
- Mental health absence and performance issues
- Stress-attributed absence
- Multiple short-term absences
- Absence awaiting disciplinary hearings
- Requests for workplace adjustments
